Yvonne ~ Actually this is a bona fide, purchased in the pet aisle at the supermarket cat toy. I picked it up last summer to please my now notoriously spoiled house guests, Bobo & Princess, who, of course, completely ignored it. On the other hand, I am mesmerized by it…
One has to strike it to activate the flashing lights & the tweeting noise so the finger-taps were necessary.
Oh, yeah! In fact, we had one of those years ago. I didn't recognize it in this...um...situation.
One learns quickly how to maximize enjoyment of these tempting but overpriced cat toys: remove the toy from the brown paper grocery bag -- remove and discard any plastic packaging from the toy -- give the paper bag to the cats to play with -- and then play with the toy yourself...
...not many of us are quite *this* creative, though!
